The appointed solicitor will become part of the firm’s Clinical Negligence team, where you will play a vital role in overseeing and progressing cases, utilising your expertise and knowledge. Your role will involve managing assigned cases from start to finish, ensuring each one is approached proactively and with a strong commercial focus. You will support the team on clinical negligence cases to include attending meetings, arranging conferences and the liaising with third parties, insurers, counsel and medical experts.
