We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our client's friendly, hardworking, and dedicated team, based at their beautiful location on the outskirts of Lancaster.
This role will support various departments with their onboarding of new starters and be responsible for day-to-day HR administration and employee records and also handle all administration queries related to your files and work closely alongside department managers to ensure compliance.
Additionally, you will ensure that our staff are recruited in line with safer recruitment practices and onboarding, which is crucial to the safeguarding of our team members.

- Salary: Base salary of £23,500 - £25,000
