We are working with a top-rate law firm in North West England who are seeking a Patent & Trade Mark Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

To be successful, it is essential to have experience working within a similar role. Candidates with patent and / or trade mark support experience will be considered for this role. A candidate with a qualification in patent / trade mark admin might be looked upon favourably, but if not, extensive experience will certainly be enough.

Within this role, you will be providing the highest quality service to clients and supporting Fee Earners with administrative tasks, to include:

  • Liaising with Fee Earners and IPOs, acting as a main point of contact for both.
  • Preparing fee estimates.
  • Updating clients on their cases, answering any queries and obtaining any relevant documentation.
  • Onboarding new cases, adding them to firm’s IP management system and updating these with important deadlines and any other info.
  • Preparing patent & trade mark forms, filing applications in the correct jurisdictions.
