Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for RMN's to work a NHS based position, within a Rapid Intervention Treatment Team (RITT) based in Lancaster with Older Adults.

The service is currently looking for RMN's for a contract post working as a Band 6. You will be given a full induction to this position, any prior experience in CMHT or RITT previously is advantagous but by no means neccesary. This role is a community position, and as such suitable candidates will have access to their own vehicle and be a car driver.

Purpose of the service;

  • Provide a gatekkeping function where an admission is being considered, to assess the potential for diversion from admission and for treatment and management at the clients place of residence.
  • To carry out internsive home treatment focus on older adults with functional or organic presentations who present in crisis or with a challenging behavious to prevent hospitalisation or a breakdown in their current residence.

Duties will involve;

  • Risk assessments within the community.
  • Care Plans.
  • Gatekeepeing assessments.
  • Caseload management.
  • Capacity assessments.
  • Signposting.
  • Medication management.

This position is Part time or Full time, as the RITT service operates a 7 day service with shifts being 8am to 8pm - pattern is negotiable, and weekend work will offer uplifted pay rates.

Pay rates;

  • Weekdays - £25.00 per hour
  • Saturdays - £31.00 per hour
  • Sundays - £38.00 per hour
