They are experts in delivering grant-funded upgrades that reduce customer bills, lower carbon emissions, and combat fuel poverty. Now, they are seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to join their team

Role Overview:
As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will bring your expertise to oversee the assessment, design, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, ensuring compliance with PAS2030/2035 standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of dwellings to determine appropriate retrofit measures.
  • Develop and evaluate design processes compliant with PAS2035 standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of energy efficiency measures, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure all retrofit projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification.
