Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are recruiting Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join our agency workforce across Halton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to service users.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.

  • Support service users with physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Accurately follow care plans and risk assessments.
  • Assist in administering medication (if trained and required).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
  • Understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
