Description

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the industrial/manufacturing industry
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team
  • Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in a Account Manager role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution

Job Offer

  • Salary 30,000 DOE
  • Performance-related bonus & commission
  • Fuel car allowance
  • Core hours of 8:30am till 4:30pm with flexibility
  • Early finish every Friday at 2:30pm
