Description
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team
- Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Profile
A successful Account Manager should have:
- Previous experience in a Account Manager role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
Job Offer
- Salary 30,000 DOE
- Performance-related bonus & commission
- Fuel car allowance
- Core hours of 8:30am till 4:30pm with flexibility
- Early finish every Friday at 2:30pm
