My Long-term Client are looking for a Response and Repairs Building Surveyor to join the team.
The work will be on mainly Public buildings (including the town hall, theatres, park pavilions) but also include some community, social, retail and industrial assets too.
The role will require on site presence, travelling to site and report writing, offering mileage expenses.
The role will be an initial 6-9 month contract
Requirements:
- HNC qualification or above
- Previous experience in Local Authority
- Stock Condition and Damp and Mould experience
- Minor works experience
- Corporate and Public Building work experience
