* Proficient in managing Microsoft Active Directory, Share Point, Exchange Server, and Office 365 (including Microsoft Teams).* Experienced in MS Windows 10 desktop and application support.* Exceptional diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.* Skilled in the support and configuration of tablets, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.* Competent in using Remote Control Software/VPN and basic network troubleshooting.
