Major loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its national desk-top operation through the appointment of several additional claims staff, in either claims handler or desk-top adjuster roles, on the basis that you will either support adjusters as they handle domestic and commercial losses on a cradle to grave basis below £100,000, or you will work as a desk-top adjuster taking the claim through to conclusion.

  • You can be based in any of three centres either in the North West, Glasgow or Bristol.

About you:

  • Candidates must essentially have a background in either a desk-top claims handling/adjusting role with a competitor business, or come from a broker or insurer background, with relevant claims expertise and be ready to further your career in this direction.
  • The roles will primarily be office based, but there will be an opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity as and when it is appropriate to do so.
  • Qualifications through Degree or professionally in terms of ACII progress would be seem to be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salaries will largely be dependent upon your current level of experience, but a basic up to £40-45,000 is potentially available for the right candidate.
  • Bonus, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday
