The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with regulatory work to include; corporate defence, prosecutions and negotiation of sanctions. Advisory work to include; across energy, waste, chemicals etc and projects including landfill, renewable energy and contaminated land.The client base is second to none and despite being a small boutique practice you will be dealing with work that rivals top tier city law firms. So ideally you will have experience in advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients.
