The Role and Requirements
You will be responsiblefor runninga legal aid caseload dealingwith all levels of care proceedings. You will be required to conductyour own advocacy.
Ideally you will already be Panel Accredited but this is not essential as the firm will helpyou achievethis. This role puts you in a great position to eventuallystep into the HOD role, if this is somethingyou are looking for.
- Extensive experiencewithin this area of law as a paralegal and solicitor
- Be able to conductyour own advocacy
