Family Solicitor – Lancaster

How would you like to take your Family Law career to the next level with a dynamic and supportive team?

This role is perfect for a Family Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) who can manage their own caseload and has ambitions to supervise others and progress within a busy, friendly firm.

You will have experience advising Private Clients on various Family Law topics, including divorce, financial settlements and children matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle private family cases, including private children matters, divorce and financial remedy cases
  • Maintain high standards of work in line with Lexcel requirements
  • Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Provide strong advocacy in family courts
  • Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed billing and time recording targets
  • Provide a good reference from your current or previous employer

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with TOLATA/Cohabitee cases
  • Law Society family/advanced family accreditation
