The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning & environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods and defending all types of prosecutions brought against the haulage industry.The client base is second to none and despite being a small boutique practice you will be dealing with work that rivals top tier city law firms. So ideally you will have experience in advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients.
