But youll also be working on 1st, 2nd and final handover on plots that are being built over 26 weeks on sites that are only taking off 20-25 a year and this is because there are many excellent features on several of the units which regularly sell for half a million on complicated sites geographically.

And finally, youll also not be stuck on one site so youll learn off different managers over 2-3 sites (all within reach of each other).
