- Oversee and manage fabric manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Develop and implement best practices for production, quality control, and efficiency improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Process Optimization & Quality Control:

- Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the best raw materials are sourced.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to improve manufacturing performance and reduce downtime. Innovation & Sustainability:
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing process, reducing environmental impact.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new fabric types and improve existing products.
- Research and introduce new technologies and materials to enhance fabric performance and sustainability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Improvement in operational efficiency and reduction of production costs.
- Successful implementation of innovative products, processes, or technologies.
- Achievement of sustainability targets, including waste reduction and carbon footprint minimization.
- Increased revenue or cost savings from sustainability-driven innovations.
- Compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
- Positive stakeholder feedback on sustainability and innovation initiatives.
- Strengthening the company's reputation as an industry leader in sustainability and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical leadership, innovation management, and sustainability.
- Proven track record in driving technical excellence, innovation, and sustainable business practices.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, environmental policies, and emerging technologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
