As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting elderly individuals in their daily activities, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
Helping with mobility and moving patients safely
Supporting daily activities such as meal preparation and eating assistance
Providing companionship and emotional support
Administering medication as required and following care plans
Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to senior staff
