Responsibilities:
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and condition
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
