Business Manager£60,000 - £68,000 DOE + Hybrid Working + Performance Bonus + £6000 Car Allowance Lancaster Are you an Operations Manager with a background in logistics looking to join an internationally renowned business offering an opportunity to take the reins of one of their major sites in the northwest?The company is a leading international logistics and supply chain solutions business. They support services across various industries, including Nuclear, Renewable Energy, Shipping and Oil & Gas. They have a global reach but also a large presence in the local area, offering unique opportunities to work on exciting projects with a global impact. In this role you will have full responsibility for the operations taking place at this major facility as well as shaping the future of the business in the area, such as by implementing new strategies and taking a lead on continuous improvement initiatives. You'll be working closely with teams, ensuring the profitability of the location and making sure that all works are carried out to a high standard in line with health and safety requirements.The ideal candidate will have experience operating at the senior level in a management position and will either have strong knowledge of supply chain/transport planning or will come from a logistics background.
