Are you a qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? We are seeking an IP Pharmacist to join a dynamic GP surgery team in Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessments and consultations for patients.
- Prescribe medications in line with patient needs.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting.
