We're looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to bring their skills and passion to our Lancaster team! Engage with KS3 and KS4 students while enjoying a daily rate between £85 and £100, based on your experience, qualifications, and teaching background.
This role involves supervising and supporting students as they engage in pre-set work across a variety of subjects. You'll be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, assisting students with any questions about their tasks, and ensuring they stay focused and engaged.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils within a classroom setting
- Provide a well planned, purposeful learning environment
- Use imagination to enhance learning experience
- Be observant and manage behaviour and distractions
- Collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
- Manage the classroom and keep pupils on task
