Job Title: Childcare Locum
Ark Search are keen to speak with Childcare Locums who are available to assist a well established private practice in the North West on an interim basis whilst they recruit permanently.
Duties:
- Responsible for managing a public childcare caseload on behalf of parents/guardians
- Preparing for court, undertaking advocacy and instructing Counsel as appropriate
- Supervising and assisting junior members of the team
Start Date: Ideally mid December
Duration: 2 months on-going
Rate: £45 - £55 per hour (DOE)
Applications will be considered by Qualified Solicitors or Legal executives with Public Childare Law within private practice.
The role is ideally full time in the office but part time and hybrid working will be considered.
