Early Years Practitioner - Lancaster / Morecambe

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Early Years Practitioners to provide ad hoc cover in our warm and welcoming private nurseries, throughout the Lancaster and Morecambe area.

About the Role:

As a supply Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support the team in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5.
  • Engage with children through play, learning activities, and care routines.
  • Follow the nursery's policies and procedures, ensuring the health and safety of all children.
  • Provide flexible support as needed, stepping in to cover staff absences or busy periods.

About You:

  • Hold a recognised Early Years qualification (minimum Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Have previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Demonstrate a caring, nurturing approach and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Be reliable, adaptable, and able to work on a flexible, ad hoc basis.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework is essential.
