We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team from 22nd April until July 2025. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and development matters.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan and provide continuous provision to enhance learning within the EYFS framework.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Conduct assessments and utilise the results to improve educational outcomes.
  • Teach phonics and other foundational skills effectively.
  • Lead and direct support staff and other teachers when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and development matters.
  • Proven experience in planning and providing continuous provision.
  • Strong skills in behaviour management and effective use of assessment.
  • Experience in teaching phonics is essential.
  • Ability to lead and direct others within the classroom setting.
