Your new companyMy client is a well-established leisure company that operates a collection of award-winning holiday parks, offering quality services and unforgettable experiences for families.

Your new roleIn your exciting new role as HR Assistant, you will contribute to ensuring a positive and productive environment for employees across the organisation. Working alongside the Head of HR, your duties will consist of:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records on HR systems
  • Tracking staff attendance, holidays and absence reporting
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Provide first-line support for employee queries
  • Assist in the coordination of disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Support managers with HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Other ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills are a must, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need experience using the Microsoft Packages. Previous knowledge of employment law and knowledge of HR systems would help, but is not necessarily essential.
