Are you passionate about working with young children and supporting their development in a fun, nurturing environment? We are looking for dedicated and qualified Level 2 & 3 Early Years Practitioners to join a welcoming pre-school in Lancaster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Plan, implement, and review developmentally appropriate activities to promote learning through play.
  • Support children's emotional, social, and physical development.
  • Work closely with a team of practitioners to ensure the pre-school is running effectively and in line with early years guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Education & Care qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable.
  • A passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
  • A clear DBS check and a commitment to safeguarding children.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
