A Gas Engineer is required to work for a leading facilities maintenance organisation, working with one of their blue chip clients, where you're duties will range from PPM and Reactive Maintenance, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract. You will ensure all tasks are completed to the legislative standards and ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted.

You will also be required to carry out remedial, reactive and emergency tasks are completed within the allocated timescales and complete these using whilst operating of a PDA. You will be able to assist other team members when required or directed from a Supervisor or Contract Manager, offering a proactive approach to additional opportunities or works on site.

This role requires the flexibility to work on an on-call rota.

Quals:

  • C&G or NVQ Level 2/3 or Equivalent
  • Up to date Commercial Tickets: COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, CODC1, COMCAT1, COMCAT5, CCLNG1, CLE1
  • Experience of Maintenance, Testing and Fault Finding on equipment including: boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, switchgear, generators, small power and lighting (where applicable)
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Safe Working Practices
