Day-to-day of the role:

  • Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a Teacher within the EYFS framework.
  • Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
  • Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
  • Share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of the EYFS framework, systematic synthetic phonics and continuous provision.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in early years teaching desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to create an engaging and inclusive educational atmosphere.
