We are seeking a PPA Teacher to join a vibrant school in Lancaster. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across different key stages, flexible, adaptable, and an excellent team player with superb subject knowledge.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide planned cover for other teachers across various key stages.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working across multiple key stages.
  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
