The alternative provision school in Lancaster is looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start as soon as possible to work across the school.

As a HLTA at an Alternative Provision within Lancaster you will work closely with students who require additional support to achieve their full potential. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of learners, including those with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, helping them to develop their confidence, self-esteem, and academic skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar setting and be committed to providing a high standard of education to our students. You will be an enthusiastic team player, able to build positive relationships with students and colleagues alike.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 3.30pm, with opportunities for professional development.
