Teaching Assistant - Lancaster:
Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 class at a lovely primary school near Lancaster. This role will involve working with small groups and on a 1-1 basis.
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desirable but training can be provided)
- Level 2 Teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Team Teach Qualification would be highly desirable
Position Details:
- Location: Lancaster
- Role: Teaching Assistant
- Hours: 8:30am-4pm (during term time only)
- Minimum rate of pay: £90 per day - dependant on experience
- Type of work: Temporary/Ongoing
- Start date: January 2025
- End date: Ongoing
- Full time/part time: Full time only

- Hold Right to Work in the UK- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application- Provide two professional references
