Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Quality Manager to work for a global organisation that holds offices in Lancaster.

Permanent/Full Time

Mon-Fri (Days)

Salary 55K (dependent on experience)

The Quality Manager ensures all raw materials, WIP, and finished goods meet quality and compliance standards. This includes upholding ISO9001, ISO14001, operating permits, and health and safety regulations. Responsibilities involve ensuring product quality, conducting root cause analyses, implementing best practices, and fostering a corrective culture. They also manage the Imageperfect customer complaints process and oversee the Quality Lab, along with product compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality and compliance role, with a minimum of 2 years people management experience.
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing quality control processes preferably with in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role in a similar industry is preferred.Competencies
