Our client, a reputable and growing company in the industry, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and deliver top-quality projects!
As an Estimator, you will:
- Analyse specifications, drawings, and tenders to develop detailed project costs for roofing and cladding works.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate quoting.
- Build strong relationships to ensure clear communication and effective procurement.
- Stay informed about industry pricing, materials, and techniques to provide competitive bids.
- Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are comprehensive.
- Provide cost analysis and support to project managers throughout the lifecycle of a project.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in roofing and cladding (liquid roofing experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with relevant software for estimation and costing (e.g., Excel, estimating software).
