Smart4Chemicals are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Lancaster office, focusing within the Coatings & Adhesivesmarkets. We are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter, preferably working in the STEM, however other areas will be considered.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships within the US Coatings and Adhesives industry. You will leverage your expertise to source high-calibre candidates, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and contribute to the continued success of our business in this competitive market.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with exposure to the US market - however those without who are looking for an exciting new challenge will be considered equally.
- Previous experience working in STEM recruitment would preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
