We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic and successful Mathematics department at a leading SEN school. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering high-quality mathematics instruction to students across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Day to day of the role:
- Teach mathematics lessons to students of varying abilities, ensuring that each student is challenged and supported.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning and student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and interventions as necessary.
- Contribute to the development and success of the Mathematics department through collaborative planning and sharing of best practices.
- Participate in departmental and school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching mathematics across Key Stages 3 to 5.
- A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
