Our client is looking for a Deputy Home Manager in Runcorn, Cheshire to work alongside the Registered Manager and ensure residents receive top-notch care while respecting their individuality and dignity. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will:
  • Lead on the floor and supervise the provision of quality care.
  • Ensure all residents' needs are met, honouring their dignity and individuality.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain CQC standards.
  • Liaise with external agencies and manage care plans.
  • Deputise for the Home Manager when necessary.
Package and Benefits:

For the Deputy Home Manager role, the package includes:
  • Annual salary of 34,195 (13.70 per hour) plus paid breaks.
  • Full-time position, 48 hours per week, working 4 days from 8am-8pm.
  • Alternate weekend working.
The ideal Deputy Home Manager candidate will:
  • Have experience as a Senior or Deputy in a similar setting.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, DOLs applications, and Safeguarding policies.
  • Be an excellent leader and mentor with strong time management skills.
  • Be well organised and able to liaise effectively with external agencies.
