You will be working as Care Team Leader on night shifts within a state-of-the-art care home which provides premium personal, dementia, and respite care, ensuring residents feel at home and well-supported.
Shift Pattern:
8pm to 8amon a two-week rolling rota:
- Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Lead and supervise the night care team, ensuring effective handovers and guidance.
- Manage night rotas, maintaining adequate staffing and skill mix.
- Communicate effectively with the home management team, addressing concerns promptly.
- Conduct nightly team meetings, providing feedback and support.
- Oversee medication management, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
The Care Team Leader (Nights) role comes with:
