NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded Residential children's service in Lancashire. I am looking for a children's registered home manager to to oversee the daily operations of a 2/3 Bed children's residential home.
The children's home is part of a well-established service that provides fostering to children in care. This is a therapeutic focused, Outstanding Ofsted fostering service and the home is expected to have the same high-quality approach.

Responsibilities
The children's registered manager will oversee the daily operations of 2/3 bed children's residential home. This is a new service. The successful candidate has strong leadership qualities, along with the commitment to creating a supportive atmosphere for both children and staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that all residents have access to high-quality care services, are safeguarded, and their individual needs are met effectively.

- you have Level 5 in Leadership and Management and over 3-5 years of experience in children's residential homes - this is preferred
