We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager to join our team in Lancaster. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a sheltered housing scheme, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a temporary role until at least the end of March 2025.
Your new role
- Oversee the daily operations of the sheltered housing scheme
- Provide support and assistance to residents, addressing their needs and concerns
- Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in office administration, lettings, housing, or similar areas
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A DBS on the update service would be an advantage.
What you'll get in return
- Weekly pay
- Hourly rates up to £17.71 per hour
- Option to be paid PAYE or Umbrella
