We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager to join our team in Lancaster. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a sheltered housing scheme, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a temporary role until at least the end of March 2025.

Your new role

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sheltered housing scheme
  • Provide support and assistance to residents, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting
  • Coordinate with external agencies and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in office administration, lettings, housing, or similar areas
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A DBS on the update service would be an advantage.
