Job Title: Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner – Initial Response Service

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to work with the Initial Response Service in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the ongoing, accurate assessment of risk that service users pose to themselves or others. This includes communicating risk to all relevant parties involved in a service user's care, including those outside mental health services, and ensuring the effective management of that risk.

  • Manage the risks to yourself and others when working with unpredictable user groups in settings where there may be no other mental health professionals for support.

  • You will be part of a 24/7 service, with opportunities to work across a variety of shifts. Both full-time and part-time hours are available.

  • Location: Lancaster
  • Work Pattern: Shifts covering a 24/7 service (Full-time or Part-time)
  • Umbrella Rates:
    • Day Rate: £27.56 per hour
    • Saturday & Night Rate: £32.39 per hour
    • Sunday Rate: £37.69 per hour
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

  • Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) with experience in risk assessment and management
