Mental Health Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Practitioner to join the team and join one of our most reputable clients.

Responsibilites of the role:
- Complete on-going assesments of risk on Mental Health patients,
- Identifying risk that a patients poses to themselves/others and completing appropriate plans to manage these risks,
- Liaising with other members of the service and outside community to provide the best level of Mental Health support.

Requirements to apply:
- Prior experience as an MHP completing inital assessments,
- Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own car,
- Qualified as an RMN, OT or Social Worker.
