**Job Advertisement: Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant - Full Time - North Lancaster (Long Term)**

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Teaching Assistant** to join our team and support Year 5/6 students in a general TA role. This full-time, long-term position is based in **North Lancaster**.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Support the whole class under the direction of the class teacher- Assist with learning activities and promote a positive classroom environment- Help students with individual or small-group work as needed- Provide support for any additional needs within the classroom- Encourage pupil engagement and participation in lessons

**Requirements:**- Experience working with primary school children, ideally in upper Key Stage 2- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude- Relevant qualifications or training are preferred but not essential
