As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor the care team to deliver outstanding care.
- Ensure quality outcomes and person-centred care for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
- Maintain and enhance residents' independence and choice.
- Uphold the home's high standards of care and compliance.
- Manage clinical operations efficiently.
- Support the Home Manager in all aspects of running the home.
