We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Lancing area. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for business, sales, and customer service. You will play a key role in managing sales, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
As an Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business through cold and warm leads
- Processing orders
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries and resolving any issues
- Providing quotes and following up to secure business
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience of working within a sales team

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Fridays 9am to 2pm on an annual salary between 30,000 up to 35,000. This role is fully office based in Lancing.
