We are thrilled to be recruiting for a Hospitality Chef at a stunning independent school located between Brighton and Worthing.
As the Hospitality Chef, your primary focus will be overseeing the extensive hospitality and event catering throughout the year, including a busy summer lettings programme in July and August. Events range from internal functions, such as sports teas, parent gatherings, departmental dinners, and fund raising events, to external groups hiring the school's facilities.
You should have experience in delivering banqueting and events, ideally within a hotel setting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to achieve a great work-life balance, as many events will be held during the day and from Monday to Friday.
