We are recruiting aGeneral Factory Handto start immediately in Lancing.
A General Hand is required to assist the Spray Painters and the shop floor supervisor in the spray shop.
Weekly pay***Start now on 11.44 rising to 12.21 from April 1st + Holiday accrued
42.5 hrs per week- 8am to 5pm -Mon-Thurs + 6am to 3pm on a Friday
- You will be assisting the team in the hanging of metal components onto hooks on the conveyor belt- before and after process of Powder Coating/Paint Spraying.
- Please be flexible in your duties. Your position is to assist, be observant and learn new things.
The role could involve some lifting, loading or machine minding and it is important that the person is physically fit.
- You will be moving metal stocks from Pallets out side of the factory and distributing to your work colleagues- this will involve some pace
- The role could involve lifting, cutting, loading or minding and it is important that the person is physically fit.
- Keeping the factory clean and tidy and free from Obstruction.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial as would machine operation and metal working experience but not essential.
