My client is the managing director of an established and profitable business which is based in Lancing and has a prestigious customer base, spanning the UK. The position of finance manager will be key to the future success of the company, encompassing all aspects of daily accounting, project costing, management accounts preparation, year end, and providing support/advice to the SMT and operational colleagues.
Your prowess in systems and process improvement will be used to the full, as will your technical accounting expertise which will be vital in underpinning business strategy with sound financial control.

We are looking for a local candidate who enjoys being office based (some hybrid working will be acceptable) and has a CV which demonstrates progression in a similar role with an SME.
Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and holiday allowance is 23 days per year. My client offers a modern, supportive, and collaborative working environment.
