Are you ready to make a real difference and bring a smile to the school day? We're looking for a Behaviour Buddy who is open-minded, energetic, and has a great sense of humour. Our Lancing Pupil Referral Unit caters to both primary and secondary students, and we need Behaviour Buddies to support them on their journey.

What Does a Behaviour Buddy Do?
  • As a Behaviour Buddy, you'll work with students to help them overcome barriers to learning, whether it's in the classroom or during break times.
  • You'll be a friendly face, a listening ear, and a problem-solver all rolled into one. Our Behaviour Buddies know how to keep things light and don't take life too seriously.
  • You'll join the children for lunch, because we believe in building relationships - and every Behaviour Buddy should be part of the community.
What We're Looking For:
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above).
  • A positive, open-minded approach - our best Behaviour Buddies are adaptable and creative.
  • A sense of humour - being a Behaviour Buddy means finding the fun in every day.
