We are recruiting for a night shift production technician to join a manufacturing company based in the Worthing area. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Production technician, operative or similar. You’ll be dealing with small components.
You must be available for a night shift from 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off, this will overlap on some weekends and bank holidays. You will also be required to work 7am to 7pm for the first 12 weeks due to training purposes.
As a Production Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Completing batch documents
- Understanding and following requirements for an ever-changing environment
- Be prepared to wear full PPE
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a manufacturing / production technician, dealing with small components
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail

This is a permanent night shift position working 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off. You will have to work some weekends and bank holidays. The salary is £23,201 + a £6,000 night shift allowance. This role is based fully on site in Worthing.
