We’re recruiting for an NPD Administrator (New Product Development) to join a FMCG company based in the Lancing area. You’ll support the Product Developers throughout the design and development process. This administrative position will have you working alongside the Sales, Purchasing and Marketing team, as well as working with licensors to ensure brand approvals.
As an NPD Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in sourcing materials for existing products
- Processing and following up on sample requests
- Supporting customers waste packaging requirements
- Supporting the completion of Product Development forms
- Liaising with suppliers to gather sale samples
Requirements:
- A passion for product design
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Good eye for detail
- A good knowledge of the design process from idea to completion (desirable)

This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday on an annual salary of £23,500.
